Frequently asked questions

What happens in the first session?

Prior to your initial nutrition consultation, you'll fill in an intake questionnaire to give me an idea of your current habits. When we meet, we'll go through your answers to give me a deeper understanding of where you are, and where you'd like to be. I always aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can share your concerns, challenges, and goals. I'll listen to your story, ask questions, and help you gain insight into your situation. Ultimately, we'll shine some light on what you're already doing well and where the key opportunities for improvement lie. Then, together, we'll create a plan of action to achieve your goals.

How long does a nutrition consult take?

An initial consult will take 45-60 minutes, as we dive deep into your habits, goals, lifestyle, and potential barriers. Weekly check-ins take 20-30 minutes, dependent on how the week has gone and what you would like to discuss.

A commitment to at least 8 weeks of weekly check-ins is recommended for accountability, consistency, and progress tracking.

What about training sessions?

The duration and frequency of fitness/training sessions is very much dependent on your requirements. Generally, they will be between 30-60 minutes and they will always be tailored specifically for you.

How much does it cost?

The cost of working with me varies depending on the services you require. I offer a range of packages and sessions to meet your needs and budget. You can contact me directly for more information on pricing and to discuss your options.

Do I join online or in person?

I offer both online and in-person sessions. You can choose the option that best suits your needs and preferences. Online sessions are conducted via your platform of choice and offer the convenience of meeting from anywhere with an internet connection. In-person sessions take place at my office and provide a more personal touch.
